Shivaun is an experienced and accredited Dietitian with University qualifications and has been in practice for over 14 years. She is a mobile practitioner as she understands life is busy, and you don’t want to waste time commuting!
Shivaun is happy to visit your workplace, home, a local café or quiet spot, or she has a choice of private rooms in Sydney CBD.

- Initial nutrition consultation in-person at your choice of location $190 (60 minutes) or via phone/Skype/Zoom $140 (60 minutes)
- Review nutrition consultations in-person at your choice of location $160 (60 minutes) or via phone/Skype/Zoom $120 (60 minutes) or $60 (30 minute)
- Health Coaching Programs (3, 6 or 12 month) delivered via phone/skype/zoom – email Shivaun@discoveryhealthcoaching.com for program inclusions and details
- No referral is needed to see a dietitian
- Health fund rebates are available with “extras cover” for dietitian (check with your fund to see if you are covered)
- Medicare rebates are available for those with a chronic disease management program
Before your Consultation
Keep a food record preferably for 2 – 5 week days & 2 weekend days noting time & amounts of food & fluids are consumed
For example: 2 slices of wholemeal bread with 1/8 avocado and 2 poached eggs
Email me for a food diary or use an App such as myfitnesspal and simply add me as a ‘Friend’ using my email address: shivaun@discoveryhealthcoaching.com.
To allow me to view your food diary you will need to go into settings, then ‘sharing and privacy’, then select ‘diary sharing’ and choose ‘friends only’.
